Came through Lugo on the Camino and stopped into Agara for a restorative flow. Absolutely lovely experience with Miguel and Maria Jose. Just what my ankles needed. Spirit of union is strong with these ones.

I took my very first yoga class at Agâra Yoga and that is when I fell in love with the practice. I do not speak Spanish but instructor Miguel always takes his time to explain everything for me, I appreciate this greatly. I love the small class because it feels very personal. Agara Yoga is a very clean and organized studio. I have recently added one more class every week because of the amazing benefits I have witnessed within my body and mind. Agara Yoga is for people of all ages and genders. Miguel provides excellent instruction for a great price. I highly encourage you to go!
